Shipping
Our delivery will start from 10.30am until 9.30pm which the goods you ordered will be delivered to your doorstep.
For the initial stage, we will cover areas according to place that are published on Setia Grocer Online website. In the future, we will expand our business (delivery area) to bigger coverage.
Our deliveryman will return the goods to the Setia Grocer Online store (at where goods are picked). Customer Service will contact you to reschedule to another date and time for next delivery.

Our office operating hours are from 8.00am to 6.00pm daily while taking order time close at 3.30pm daily. During this MCO 3.0 if you place order and make payment after 3.30pm, our Setia Grocer Online team will proceed your order to the next day.

Guide Price
The guide price is based on today’s prices in store. However, as we shop for your order on the day you want it delivered, some of the prices may have changed.
The guide price on the website uses an estimate weight for weighed products such as such as fish and shell. But what you pay will be based on the exact weight of your product, so the price may vary slightly.
Any Products on promotion need to be delivered before the promotion end date (shown on the product page) to qualify for the promotional price. If your delivery date is after the promotion end date, the promotion price will not be applied.
All risk in the Goods shall pass to you upon acceptance of delivery of the Goods. At the time of Delivery of Goods, you must ensure adequate arrangements, including access where necessary, are in place for the safe delivery of such Goods.
Please check before sign the invoice as a proof of acceptance.
The difference price due to weighed products or else will need to pay by cash at the door when our deliveryman at your house if the price is higher. If the price is reduced, the refund process will be done.
If the value of the goods delivered is higher than the value stated in the order confirmation or if the Customer considers that the difference between the price charged and the guide price shown on the website is unacceptable, the Customer has every right not to accept the goods. The amount for goods that have not been accepted shall not be charged to the Customer’s payment card if he/she has provided payment card details in advance in order to pay online.

Returns
If you have any problem with your products or have missing items that we may overlooked, you may contact us immediately 3 hours after the goods have been delivered to you. Refund will be taken place within 72 hours after the delivery date and confirmation has be done.
